Out of Area Adoptions

We will consider an out of area adoption for some dogs. Before filling out an application please send an inquiry to us. The following is our criteria for a long distance adoption: 

1. As with any prospective adoption, we ask you to first fill out the Adoption Application.
2. For serious applications, we would ask a local rescue group or representative, or previous adopter to make a home visit on our behalf.
3. If all parties decide to proceed, the adopter would be able to take the dog home with them. It is the responsibility of the adopter to make all appropriate travel arrangements. 
   
      
         We do not fly dogs
        unaccompanied.

Please note: We must give priority to local and in state applicants for obvious reasons. Adopting out of the area can be a frustrating process and take longer than local placements.
