Judge April 3, 2009 Intake

This is one of the worse cases we have ever seen.  This Rottie boy was abandon in a park

 outside of Philadelphia, PA. He was picked up as a stray and brought to PSPCA.

 Volunteers and workers there knew this Rottie Boy had a great temperament and

reached out for help.

This are his intake photos.  And they are quite upsetting. To know that a PERSON dumped

Rottie Boy in a park to wither away and die!!  I cannot wish enough horrible things for

that PERSON. How cruel and inhumane that PERSON must be. For God's sake.  If a

PERSON has a dog and cant take care of it for whatever reasons there are options.  Not

always the easiest on the heart but when a PERSON owns a dog they have a

responsibility to that PET.  And this boy was just that a PET.  He was already neutered and

has the softest and mellow personality ever.
